Cancellation Policy:

Full Refunds – 30 Days or More Notice
To receive a full refund, requests must be made no later than August 18, 2016.

50% Refunds – Notice of Less than 30 Days
Requests for refunds within 30 days but prior to two weeks of the start of the Annual Meeting will be subject to a 50% refund. To receive a 50% refund, requests must be made between August 19 and September 4, 2016.

No Refunds – Within 2 Weeks
Requests for refunds within two weeks of the start of the Annual Meeting will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be granted after September 5, 2016.

Extraordinary Circumstances
Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the Annual Meeting due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, NHHA must be contacted by phone, letter or e-mail.

Substitution Policy
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.

NHHA will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than three (3) weeks after the Annual Meeting has concluded.
